Continuing with the primary focus of the BSSR, the NWMSK study day is to enhance knowledge and skills. It is our privilege to announce that two of the International Legends in MSK Imaging; Dr Christine Chung from UCSD and Dr Reto Sutter from Balgrist will be joining the experts from around the UK.

On Friday, the BSSR Members Spring Meeting will take place, where in addition to the business meetings and presentation by BSSR members, we would have Guest lectures by our International Speakers.

It will also be an honour to have Dr Mark Davies give a Memorial Lecture for Dr Asif Saifuddin at the members meeting.

Sponsorship Package

Sponsor fees, and to exhibit on Thursday 14th – Friday 15th March 2024 is £2,500.00

• As part of the sponsorship package, each sponsoring organisation is entitled to 2 complementary registrations including lunch and refreshments for the duration of the Sports Study Day and Members' Meeting,
• Two evening meals are included on the Thursday night,
• Sponsoring company logos will be on the programme with a link to your website,
• Logos will be shown on the slideshow on entry and during breaks.

Exhibition Stands

All exhibition stands are located on the first floor in the Grace Foyer where catering is also located.

Each exhibiting area will be supplied with a table measuring approximately 4ft x 6ft tables and 2 chairs. The ceiling height in the exhibiting area is 4.8m and there are large trade lifts to bring equipment to the Grace foyer.

A power point will be accessible, but you are required to bring your own extension cables.

All equipment must be PAT tested.

Delegate list

Once the BSSR Spring Members' Meeting 2024 has come to a close, we will email all sponsors the 'Sponsors / Exhibitors' delegate list (opt in) with contact details of those who have given their expressed permission for their contact details to be forwarded to the sponsors.

The 'Sponsors / Exhibitors' delegate list will be in excel format and is strictly for one-time use only.

Transport

The hotel is 20 minutes from John Lennon Airport, 45 minutes from Manchester Airport, and less than 1 mile from Liverpool Lime Street Station.

Hilton Liverpool City Centre is 20 minutes drive from John Lennon Airport, and a 45 minute drive from Manchester Airport. For those travelling by train, we are less than 1 mile from Liverpool Lime Street Station.

Hilton Liverpool City Centre are located next to Liverpool One Bus Station which connects both local buses to and from the airport, and National Express buses for those travelling across the country.

Car Parking

Accommodation

All exhibitors are responsible for making their own accommodation and travel arrangements. Neither the BSSR Secretariat nor the BSSR Meeting Organisers can accept any accommodation booking requests from exhibitors.
